Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and SIA LAPSA 3D (“we”, “us”), the company in Latvia that operates StickyWeek. By creating an account or using StickyWeek you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What StickyWeek is
StickyWeek is software for freelancers and independent professionals: a visual weekly Board for planning work, time tracking, and tools for looking at how your work and earnings add up, together with related workflow features.
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use StickyWeek.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe, for what happens under your account, and for the information you put into StickyWeek. Please tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We recommend keeping your own copies of records that matter to you — you can download your data any time from Account → Your data.
E-mail from StickyWeek
When you create an account, we e-mail you about it. Some e-mails are necessary and always sent: confirming your account, resetting your password, and important security, billing or account notices. We also send two kinds of optional e-mail, both turned on when you start: onboarding & reminders (getting-started help, product tips and trial reminders) and offers & product news (occasional discounts, special offers and updates about StickyWeek).
You can switch either one off — or back on — at any time in Account → Email, or with the unsubscribe link included in those e-mails. See the Privacy Policy for how e-mail is handled.
Your content
Your Clients, Jobs, Cards, Sessions, notes, amounts and everything else you enter remain yours. You give us only the limited permission needed to host, store, process and display that information so we can provide StickyWeek to you. We do not claim ownership of your work or your clients' data, and we do not sell it. Please only enter information you are entitled to use.
Acceptable use
Use StickyWeek lawfully and fairly. In particular, please do not:
- attack, probe or try to break the service or its security, or interfere with other people's use of it;
- try to access another person's account or data;
- use StickyWeek to infringe anyone's rights or to break the law.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules, and will tell you why where we can.
Changes and availability
StickyWeek is actively developed. Features may change, and there will be maintenance and occasional outages. We work to keep the service reliable and to give notice of significant changes, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
Your data, export and deletion
You can export your data and delete your account yourself from the Account page. Deleting your account removes it and its stored data as described in our Privacy Policy, which also explains how we handle personal data.
Free trial and paid plans
StickyWeek starts with a free trial of 14 days with access to all features. You do not need a payment method to register or to start the trial. The trial starts the first time you sign in and enter the StickyWeek application — not when you create your account or confirm your e-mail address.
The end of the trial does not automatically create a paid subscription and does not charge you. A paid subscription begins only if you choose a paid plan and explicitly authorize payment.
After the trial, continuing to add or change work (for example tracking time, or creating or editing Clients, Jobs, Cards, Sessions, Charges and Expenses) requires an active paid subscription or complimentary access. Without either, your account is read-only: you can still view your historical work and data, export your data from Account → Your data, manage your account, sign out and delete your account.
Paid plans are offered as a Monthly or an Annual subscription. Once you purchase one, it renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel renewal; cancelling prevents future renewals, and you keep paid access through the period you have already paid for, unless a refund or another lawful reason ends that access earlier. The price, billing period, any applicable taxes and your final total are shown before you pay. Refunds, and how to request one, are explained in our Refund Policy.
Paid subscriptions are sold through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the payment processor and merchant of record for those purchases. Payment is made through Paddle's checkout, and Paddle's own terms apply to the transaction.
We may, at our discretion, give an account complimentary access (sometimes called “VIP” access). Complimentary access does not create a paid subscription and does not require payment.
Not professional advice
StickyWeek is organizational software. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice, and its figures (for example totals, revenue, profit or invoice markers) are tools to help you, not professional statements. You remain responsible for checking your invoices, taxes, accounting and any other professional or legal obligations.
Liability
We provide StickyWeek with reasonable care and skill, but it is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business), or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer or under data-protection law that cannot be waived.
Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without affecting any mandatory protections that apply to you where you live. We may update these terms; we will change the date above and provide notice of material changes where required by applicable law or where appropriate. Continuing to use StickyWeek after a change means you accept it.
