Refund Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains how refunds work for StickyWeek subscriptions. StickyWeek is operated by SIA LAPSA 3D (“we”, “us”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
The free trial
StickyWeek starts with a free trial of 14 days. You do not need a payment method to register or to start the trial, and the end of the trial does not automatically create a subscription or charge you. You are charged only if you choose a paid plan and explicitly authorize payment.
Subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans are offered as a Monthly or an Annual subscription. Once you have purchased one, it is a recurring purchase: it renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops future renewals. You will not be charged again for the next period, and you keep access through the period you have already paid for — unless a refund, or another lawful reason, ends that access earlier.
A refund returns money for a payment that has already been taken. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment that has already been made, and a refund does not by itself cancel a subscription — if you want to stop future renewals, cancel as well.
When refunds are given
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. The exceptions are where applicable law requires a refund, and where a refund is granted at the discretion of the seller of record. Refund requests are handled in line with the refund policy of the seller of record and with applicable consumer law.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the law of the place where you live that cannot be excluded by contract. These include, for customers in the EU/EEA and the UK, rights relating to withdrawing from a distance contract and to remedies for digital services. Nothing in this policy removes or limits those rights.
How to request a refund
Write to us at support@stickyweek.app from the e-mail address of your StickyWeek account. Please tell us the date of the purchase, include the transaction receipt or order number if you have it, and say briefly why you are asking. We will reply to you at that address. More ways to get help are on the Support page.
Purchases where Paddle is the seller
If the transaction receipt for a purchase names Paddle as the seller, you can request a refund from Paddle at paddle.net. Paddle's own refund policy applies to those purchases and is available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
