Partner Program Terms

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you (“Partner”, “you”) and SIA LAPSA 3D (“we”, “us”), the company in Latvia that operates StickyWeek (registration number 40203491582, address: Ruses iela 8–20, Rīga, LV-1029, Latvia). They govern the StickyWeek Partner Program (the “Program”), in which you promote StickyWeek and may earn a commission on qualifying paid subscriptions you refer. By applying to, or taking part in, the Program you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not apply.

1. About the Program

These terms apply to the Program only. They do not change the Terms of Service that apply to everyone who uses StickyWeek, including you if you also have an account. Referred customers are customers of StickyWeek, not of you. If you apply for or on behalf of a business, you confirm that you can bind it.

2. The services we use

The Program runs on Affonso, a third-party affiliate-tracking and payout platform. You apply, receive your referral link and see your referrals, commissions and payouts through Affonso's partner portal, and Affonso's own terms and privacy notice apply to your use of it. StickyWeek subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle, the payment processor and merchant of record. We rely on both to record referrals and payments, and these terms are written on that basis.

3. Joining and your status

  • Admission is by approval. You apply through the partner portal, and StickyWeek reviews each application and approves or declines it; you may promote StickyWeek as a Partner, and earn commission, only once we have approved you. We decide at our discretion whom to approve, and may later suspend or remove a Partner.
  • You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement, and the details you give must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are an independent contractor. Nothing here makes you our employee, agent, joint venturer or franchisee, and you may not speak or contract on our behalf or make promises in our name.
  • Taking part is free. We do not charge Partners to join.

4. Referral links and attribution

You receive a unique referral link through Affonso. A customer is attributed to you only if Affonso records the referral for your link under the Program's tracking rules, which we configure in Affonso. Referral links are the only way a referral is attributed to you unless we announce another method (such as a coupon code) in the partner portal.

Consent and the 30-day window. StickyWeek asks every visitor, once, whether they accept optional cookies — one choice covering analytics, advertising and creator referrals, kept across stickyweek.com and stickyweek.app — and sets Affonso's referral cookie only if they accept. If they accept, a referral can be attributed to you for 30 days from the click. A visitor who rejects, withdraws consent, uses another browser or device, or blocks cookies is not tracked, so not every visit or sale you generate will be attributed. We do not guarantee attribution of any particular visit or sale and are not liable for referrals that could not be tracked.

A referred customer is a person who registers a new StickyWeek account after following your attributed link and then pays for a qualifying subscription. Where more than one partner could be credited for the same customer, only the partner that Affonso's records attribute is credited. We may correct an attribution that is clearly wrong, caused by a fault, or obtained in breach of these terms.

5. Commission

Rate and period. You earn 30% of the eligible revenue from each referred customer's qualifying payments during the first 12 months from that customer's first qualifying payment. A payment made after that period earns no commission.

Qualifying subscriptions. StickyWeek's paid Monthly and Annual subscriptions, at the prices listed on stickyweek.com/pricing. A Monthly subscription can earn commission on each monthly payment within the 12 months. An Annual subscription earns commission on its first annual payment; its renewal after one year falls outside the 12-month period and earns none.

Eligible revenue. Commission is calculated on the pre-tax price actually paid for the subscription, after discounts. It excludes VAT and other sales taxes collected at checkout, and amounts refunded or charged back. Payment-processing fees are not deducted before commission is calculated. Commission is calculated in euro on the euro price paid; how it is paid is described in section 6.

What does not earn commission.

  • Free trials, and any account that has not paid. StickyWeek's free trial needs no payment method and earns nothing.
  • Unpaid, failed, refunded or charged-back payments, and complimentary (“VIP”) access we grant, which involves no payment.
  • VAT and other taxes, and any part of a price that was discounted.
  • Purchases by you, your household or business, or any account you control or are connected to (see section 8), and customers who already had a StickyWeek account before following your link — we may decline or reverse commission on them.

Plan changes. If a referred customer switches plan (for example from Monthly to Annual), commission is calculated under the same rules on the amounts actually received for the change — after discounts, credits, taxes and refunds — and only within the original 12 months from the customer's first qualifying payment. A switch does not start a new 12-month period.

Refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded, charged back or otherwise reversed, the commission on it is cancelled. If it has not yet been paid out, it is not paid. If it has already been paid out, we may deduct the same amount from your later commission. We will ask you to repay it directly only where it relates to fraud, a self-referral or another breach of these terms.

Approval hold. Commission is approved only after a hold of 30 days, which allows for refunds and chargebacks. A commission reversed during the hold is never paid.

6. Payouts

Commission is paid through Affonso's Managed Payouts service. In short: Affonso sends us one consolidated invoice for the approved commissions of all partners, we pay that invoice, and Affonso then pays each partner. We do not pay partners individually.

  • Cycle. Payouts run monthly. Affonso invoices us in the first week of each month for the commissions approved by then. Affonso processes partner payouts only after it has received our payment, and states that it does so within a maximum of 15 business days after that.
  • Minimum payout. The minimum payout is €50 per partner. An approved balance below the minimum is carried forward, without expiring, until it reaches the minimum.
  • Currency. Commission is calculated in euro, but Managed Payouts are made in US dollars. Conversion follows Affonso's Managed Payouts terms, so the amount you receive can differ from the euro figure. Neither we nor Affonso are responsible for exchange-rate movements.
  • Methods and your details. You are paid by PayPal or by bank (wire) transfer. You must give valid payout details in the partner portal and keep them correct. A partner without payout details is not included in a payout cycle until they add them, and we are not responsible for a payment sent to details you provided that were wrong.
  • Fees. Affonso's service fees and funding surcharges for Managed Payouts are our costs and are not deducted from your earned commission. Fees charged by PayPal or by your bank for receiving the payment are yours.
  • Conditions. A payout depends on the commission being approved and on funding of the invoice. We may delay or withhold a payout while we investigate suspected fraud or a breach, or while we need information we have reasonably asked you for (for example payout or tax details).

Taxes. You are responsible for your own taxes on commission you receive, including any registration, VAT or invoicing duty that applies to you. We may ask for tax details and report or withhold where the law requires. The commission amounts shown to you are not a tax invoice unless we say so.

7. Disputes about commission

If you think a commission is wrong or missing, write to support@stickyweek.app within 60 days of the date it should have appeared (or of the payout concerned), with your referral link, the approximate date and any evidence you have. We will review it fairly using the records in Affonso and Paddle and reply in writing. Those records are normally conclusive unless clearly mistaken. Please give us the chance to resolve a dispute before starting a payment dispute or other formal claim. This does not remove any right you have under law.

8. Rules for promotion

You agree to:

  • Be honest. Describe StickyWeek accurately. Do not claim features, prices, results, savings, endorsements or availability that are not true, and do not promise income from the Program.
  • Disclose clearly. Make it plain, near the link or mention and in the same medium (for example spoken in a video as well as written), that you may earn a commission if someone buys through your link. A disclosure hidden in a link, a hashtag or a long description is not enough. You are responsible for following the advertising, consumer-protection and influencer-disclosure rules that apply where you and your audience are, and the rules of any platform you use.
  • Follow the law and platform rules, including data-protection, cookie and e-mail rules in your own promotion.

You must not:

  • refer yourself, or sign up or buy through your own link or code — directly, or through family members, colleagues, a business you own or any account you control (self-referral);
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, post links in unrelated or unwelcome places, or use bots or automated posting;
  • use fraud or manipulation — for example fake or incentivised sign-ups, fake accounts or trials, click or cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects or frames, or falsified attribution — or reward people for signing up unless we have agreed it in writing;
  • use misleading advertising, fake reviews or testimonials, false urgency, or impersonate StickyWeek, us or anyone else;
  • run paid advertising that bids on “StickyWeek” (or confusingly similar terms or misspellings) as a keyword, or that uses our name or logo in paid advert text or imagery, without our written permission — or register domains, social accounts or app-store listings that use or resemble our name;
  • promote StickyWeek on sites or in content that is illegal, hateful, adult, deceptive or otherwise harmful, or in a way that damages our reputation;
  • offer any discount, coupon, price, refund or guarantee in our name — we do not offer partner discounts unless we announce one in the partner portal.

Genuine organic promotion is welcome: reviews, tutorials, blog posts and social posts that use StickyWeek's name and the approved materials described in section 9 need no separate permission. We may reverse commission and remove a Partner for breaking these rules.

9. Brand and intellectual property

StickyWeek, its logo, screenshots, videos and written materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use the StickyWeek name and the approved branding, screenshots and product materials — those we publish on stickyweek.com or provide to partners — to promote StickyWeek in genuine organic content, including YouTube reviews and tutorials, blog posts and social posts, under these terms. Unauthorized paid brand-keyword bidding, impersonation and misleading advertising remain prohibited (section 8). This is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence; do not alter the logo or use it in a way that suggests we endorse you beyond your role as a Partner. You keep ownership of the content you create. You allow us to link to and quote the public content in which you promote StickyWeek (for example in a list of partners) until you ask us in writing to stop. When your participation ends, remove our marks, links and codes within a reasonable time.

10. Confidentiality

If we share non-public information with you as a Partner (such as product plans, unreleased features or non-public commercial terms), keep it confidential, use it only for the Program and do not disclose it without our written consent. This does not cover information that is public through no fault of yours, that you already had or developed independently, or that the law requires you to disclose (in which case tell us first where you lawfully can). It continues after the Program ends. Your own commission and payout figures are not confidential from your advisers or tax authorities.

11. Personal data

Referred customers. Their personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not give partners their names, e-mail addresses or anything in their accounts; you see only the referral and commission information shown in the partner portal. If anything more is ever shown to you, keep it confidential and use it only to understand your results.

Your data. To run the Program we and Affonso handle data about you: your name or business name, contact details, the payout and tax details you give, your referral link and its performance, and your acceptance of these terms. We use it to run the Program, pay commission, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations (including accounting and tax) and communicate with you about the Program. Affonso provides the partner portal and handles the data you give it under its own terms and privacy notice, and we handle the Program data we hold ourselves; each is responsible for its own part. Questions or requests about your data: support@stickyweek.app.

Your own marketing. You are responsible for any personal data you collect from your audience and for the lawful use of cookies, tracking and e-mail in your own promotion. Do not message people about StickyWeek who have not agreed to receive it.

12. Changes to the Program and these terms

We may change the Program — including commission rates, qualifying plans, eligibility, tracking and payout arrangements — and these terms. For a change that is materially worse for Partners we give at least 30 days' notice in the partner portal or by e-mail, unless a change is needed sooner for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons. A change applies to commission on payments received after it takes effect; commission already earned on earlier payments is not reduced by it. If you do not accept a change, you may leave the Program (section 13). Continuing to promote or to accept commission after a change takes effect means you accept it.

13. Ending your participation

  • By you. You may leave at any time through the partner portal or by writing to us, and by removing your links.
  • By us. We may suspend or end your participation, with notice where we reasonably can — for example if you break these terms or the law, harm our customers or reputation, have had no clicks or referrals for 12 months, or if we end or restructure the Program.
  • Earned commission. When your participation ends you stop earning on new referrals. Commission already earned on qualifying payments, and commission still to be earned on customers you referred before the end date for the rest of their 12 months, is paid under these terms once approved and subject to refunds, chargebacks and set-off. If we ended your participation for fraud, self-referral, spam or another serious breach, we may cancel unpaid commission that arises from that breach and stop further commission on the customers concerned.
  • Small balances. If your approved balance is below the €50 minimum when you leave in good standing, ask us in writing within 12 months and we will arrange for it to be paid out where Affonso allows.
  • Sections that by nature continue (including commission reversal, confidentiality, intellectual property, personal data, liability and governing law) survive.

14. Liability

The Program is provided “as is”. We do not promise that you will earn any particular amount, or anything, or that the Program, Affonso or Paddle will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business), or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including faults of Affonso, Paddle, payout providers, browsers or your own platforms. Our total liability to you in connection with the Program is limited to the commission that is due and payable to you under these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or intentional wrongdoing, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived. You are responsible to us for loss caused by your breach of section 8.

15. General

  • These terms, with anything in the partner portal that they refer to, are the whole agreement about the Program. The Terms of Service continue to govern StickyWeek itself.
  • You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a successor of the StickyWeek business.
  • If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues. Not enforcing a right now does not give it up.
  • We may notify you through the partner portal or at the e-mail address you registered with. These terms are in English; if they are translated, the English version prevails.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms and the Program are governed by the laws of Latvia, without affecting any mandatory protections that apply to you where you live. Disputes are for the courts of Riga, Latvia, subject to any mandatory rules that give you a different forum.
